  • Experimental Investigation of the Unsteady Flow in the Inlet Region of Vaned Diffuser Via PIV

    The PIV system which that can record the instantaneous flow field was used to research the flow within the inlet region of vaned diffuser. The experimental data were averaged by Phase-locked averaged Method. The velocity vector distributions when impeller was located in different relative position were got out and analyzed.

  • Experimental Research on No Eccentric Ellipse Rotor Compressor with Single Vane

    A model of no eccentric ellipse rotor compressor with single vane was exploited and tested in the basis of rolling rotor compressor. The results of experiment showed that the compressor performance accords with the value of analysis in theory.

  • Research on New Type Current-Enlarging Valve Testing

    According to the CAT type ZF32 current enlarging valve's work principle,the valve to function test item and method was studied.The hydraulics diagram of test to experiment was designed.The results show discharge valve enlarges characteristic basic the more obvious line regulation variety, and left, turn to the right to basic consistent. The entrance pressure of the discharge enlarger with load but change, but enlarge the characteristic not obvious variety because the pressure variety, the discharge enlarger compares in enlarging the characteristic better pressure stability.

  • Reverse Engineering for MABS Double Suction Impeller

    The reverse engineering for MABS double suction impeller was introduced. With the reverse engineering theory,the impeller reverse design was carried out for its structure, hydraulic performance, processing and material. The designed impeller was proved by running testing. It is referenced and useful that the reverse engineering for pump impeller was adopted.

  • Computer Emulation-design and Application for the Double-stage Separating Cyclone Separator

    Adopting SIMPLE algorithm,the flowing field of cyclone separators was numerical value emulated using corrected k - ε turbulence model and non-staggered grid pressure interpolation method. By studying flowing field property,the optimum separator redesigning plan is proposed and tested in industry experiment, with practical results excellent.

It was turned out to be feasible .

  • Numerical Simulation and Experiment Investigation of the Three Dimensional Flow in an Axial Flow Compressor

    The internal flow field of a single-stage axial compressor is analyzed using a fast full 3-D viscous flow calculating method. The time-marching method and explicit finite volume difference scheme are employed to solve the flow inside the turbo-machinery. The flow field in the single stage compressor is numerical analyzed in detail using the calculation method, the result compare well with experimental data and are analyzed in brief based on the single-stage environment.

  • Numerical Simulation of Serial Sudden Expansions Pipe Flow

    In the case of two-step serial sudden expansions pipe flow, the characteristic of turbulent pipe flow was studied firstly, the standard k-ε mathematical model and the calculation program were established and verified properly by physical model test data. Based on the computational results of mathematical model, the head loss of serial sudden expansions pipe flow was analyzed and generalized.Results showed that the coefficient of the relative head loss is the least when the aspect ratio of middle section lies in between 3 and 4, which can supply reference to the design of serial sudden expansions pipeline.

  • Study on Condensation of Carbon Dioxide inside a Horizontal Smooth Tube at -8~-12℃ Temperature

    Calculation data for local heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop with the quality of CO_2 obtained was presented in horizontal,round smooth tube at -8~-12℃ temperature. The effects result from tube diameter and condensation temperature ,as well as mass fluxes on local heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop are acquired. Yet the effects of tube diameter are larger than others.The theory basis for the experimental study of CO_2 condensation and the design of CO_2 condenser are provided.

  • Study on the Solar Energy-heat Pump Radiant Floor Heating System under the Intermittent Operating Mode

    A research about the radiant floor heating system which takes solar energy-heat pump (SHP) as heat source is made. The system composition and the working patterns are discussed. The thermodynamics process model of the heating room serviced by this type of system with intermittent operating mode is set up. The numerical simulation results of the heating room's thermodynamics process shows that it is feasible to adopt the intermittent operation mode in the SHP source heating system.
