Ethical Norms

To all participants in publishing,including authors, peer reviewers, journal editors, etc., must reach a consensus on relevant ethical codes of conduct when engaging in publishing work. The ethical code statement of this Fluid Machinery magazine is based on the Code of Conduct of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

(1) The author shall be responsible for the originality and authenticity of the paper, and shall not engage in academic misconduct such as plagiarism, plagiarism, or data forgery. There shall be no issues of multiple submissions, confidentiality, or authorship disputes.

(2) The author needs to confirm the "Copyright Transfer Agreement" when submitting the manuscript. In addition to proving the authenticity of the manuscript content (data, author information), the author should also prove that the manuscript has not been submitted multiple times, does not involve confidentiality issues, and has no disputes over authorship. All submissions will undergo academic misconduct detection through the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) AMLC system for scientific journals. If plagiarism or multiple submissions are found, the submission will be directly rejected.

(3) Authors should adhere to the "Five Prohibitions" principle for academic papers: it is not allowed to have a third party write the paper on their behalf; Third party submission of papers is not allowed; Third parties are not allowed to modify the content of the paper; Do not provide false peer reviewer information; It is not allowed to violate the rules of authorship for academic papers, and we firmly oppose non substantial academic contributors from signing their papers.

(4) The author should indicate their name and affiliation when submitting the manuscript. In principle, the authorship should be sorted by contribution size.

(5) The author is in our journal's editorial system( https://ltjx.cbpt.cnki.net )Uploading the manuscript is considered as agreeing to comply with this standard. For authors who have been verified to have engaged in academic misconduct, our journal will terminate the process and withdraw the manuscript as soon as possible. The editorial department reserves the right to pursue their legal and economic responsibilities.

(6) All articles published in our journal must go through the "three reviews", namely the initial review, the second review (external review), and the final review. The external review is a peer review under the "double-blind" mode. Pay attention to the following points during the external audit process:

1) When conducting external reviews, avoid selecting peer reviewers who have conflicting interests, such as manuscript authors or peers from the same organization.

2) Reviewers should objectively and fairly review manuscripts within the prescribed time, avoiding comments that are rude, derogatory, discriminatory, or personal attacks. If the manuscript cannot be reviewed within the specified time, the editorial department should be promptly informed and other experts should be actively recommended so that the editorial department can arrange for review as soon as possible.

3) Respect the author's research results and do not disclose or use unpublished research content without authorization.

4) If academic misconduct is found in the manuscript during the review process, the editorial department should be informed promptly.

5) For manuscripts with conflicts of interest, the reviewing experts should promptly inform the editorial department, and the editorial department should arrange for others to review them as soon as possible.

(7) The editorial department fairly and justly accepts manuscripts. Not subject to any advertising or other commercial revenue. The selection of manuscripts is not based on reasons other than manuscript quality, innovation, scientificity, practicality, and compatibility with journals.

(8) Respect the research results of the author and the opinions of the reviewers.

(9)Correction and retraction of published papers.Articles published in print are considered the final version. This magazine generally does not make corrections or withdraw articles that have already been published. If necessary (as described below), the manuscript can also be modified or withdrawn.

1)Correction: If there are unintentional scientific errors in the article that will not have a significant impact on the results and conclusions of the article, the editorial department will promptly publish a correction notice in the journal, detailing the changes made to the original text and indicating the source of the article. When necessary, this journal may publish a revised version of the paper, detailing the changes made to the original article and indicating the update date in the new version. The version before the change will also be archived and readers can directly access it, but when citing, the latest version of the article should be taken.

2)Withdrawal: In the following situations, the editorial department will withdraw the article and issue a withdrawal statement.

a. when there are serious scientific errors in the article, resulting in unreliable results and conclusions.

b. For articles suspected of academic misconduct such as plagiarism and data falsification, the editorial department will initiate an investigation and issue a statement informing readers of the risks associated with the article; After the investigation is completed, the results will be made public. If it is confirmed that there is academic misconduct in the article, the editorial department will take withdrawal measures and issue a withdrawal statement.
